Shipping and Delivery Policy

OkCaramel is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship across India!

Shipping charges:

We charge a flat shipping charge of Rs.50 across products and across regions in India. (unless otherwise specified). Shipping charges may be extra for specific products and specific regions which would be separately specified.

Orders above Rs.500 are currently shipped free of charge. Some products under 500 may be shipped free of charge, if such is the case it would be specifically mentioned.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within the next 2 working days of placing your order – Freshest lot of coffee is picked for shipping. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you feel, you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at +91 7208433124 or email us at mail.okcaramel [at] gmail [dot] com mentioning your Order ID. Please do share an image of the condition in which you received the product.

How is your order shipped?

Your order is picked from safely stored lots of packed coffee, the latest lot is chosen from, in case an incoming lot is due within 2 days of order. The coffee would be picked from the incoming lot. In short we would ensure to provide you the freshest coffee. Coffee may be contained in jars or stand-up pouches, which ensure the freshness and prevent spoilage.

The coffee and merchandise is packed in safe packages, to ensure no damage to the contents of the shipment.

Delayed shipping!

While we try to ensure the fastest shipping possible, there might be occasions where shipping may be delayed due to conditions such as public holidays, strikes, weather, force majeure conditions etc. Do bear with us during such conditions. At all times shipment tracking would be available for you.
