Ingredients for Hot Caramel Latte Recipe- 2 Medium Cups
3-4 teaspoons OkCaramel's Creamy Caramel Instant Coffee
½ cup water
1 ½ cups milk of any variety you prefer
30 ml caramel syrup (homemade or store-bought)
30 ml caramel sauce if you want your caramel latte to be creamier
½ teaspoon caramel extract
1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon whipped cream/chocolate shavings for topping
Hot Caramel Latte Preparation Instructions
- Boil the water in a pan and mix Creamy Caramel instant coffee in it. Stir the coffee with water well and set it aside.
- Pour the milk along with brown sugar into a pan.
- Warm it at medium heat for about 3 minutes till the sugar dissolves and the milk starts to simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and add in the caramel syrup along with the caramel sauce.
- Next add in the instant coffee and water mix.
- Pour this coffee brew into a glass container and add the caramel extract.
- Froth it for half a minute till the brew gets foamy and then serve the caramel latte in 2 cups.
- Add whipped cream for topping. You can also add chocolate shavings or a drizzle of caramel syrup as extra flavorings.

Iced Caramel Latte Version
The iced caramel latte is one of the best cold coffee recipe we ever sampled. It can be prepared quickly and is a great coffee beverage to sip in the summer.
Ingredients for Iced Caramel Latte
- All of the ingredients mentioned above except milk
- 1 ½ cups sweet condensed milk
- Large ice cubes
- A scoop of ice cream of your choice for topping
Iced Caramel Latte Preparation Instructions
- Boil the water in a pan and mix Creamy Caramel instant coffee in it. Stir the coffee with water well and set it aside or put it in a refrigerator to cool.
- Pour the condensed milk along with brown sugar into a pan.
- Warm it at medium heat for about 3 minutes till the sugar dissolves.
