Biscoff Coffee Latte Recipe-The Hot and the Iced Versions

Biscoff latte is a coffee latte recipe that combines Biscoff cookie spread with caramel latte flavors. For the fans of coffee and cookies, this is a dream come true. And the addition of cookie butter elevates its latte flavors to new heights. This coffee latte recipe is easy to make and comes in cold/hot versions. Here we are sharing both the iced and hot versions of this indulgent yet light coffee latte recipe. For winters, go for the hot one, and for summer, enjoy the iced latte flavors to the fullest. 

 

Ingredients for Biscoff Coffee Latte Recipe- 2 Medium Cups

 1 cup whole milk or any alternative of your choice

 4 teaspoons of OkCaramel's instant Creamy Caramel coffee

 A cup of fresh water

 5 tablespoons Biscoff spread around 75 gm *

 1 tablespoon caramel syrup or honey for taste #

 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (Use extract and not the essence)

 4 Biscoff biscuits, two crumbled +

 Large Ice Cubes (for iced version) **

 Whipped cream for topping (optional)

 A pinch of cinnamon powder

* If Biscoff spread is not available, then use any cookie butter of your choice.

 + If Biscoff biscuits are not available, then substitute with any peanut butter cookies for this amazing coffee latte recipe.

 ** Pro tip- For iced Biscoff coffee latte recipe in the summers, you can create coffee ice cubes by freezing cooled coffee in ice trays. These will not dilute your drink and add to the coffee latte flavors. 

 

Instructions for Preparing Iced Biscoff Coffee Latte Recipe

  1. Pour the water into a pan and add 4 teaspoons of OkCaramel instant Creamy Caramel coffee in it along with the pinch of cinnamon powder. 
  1. Boil it at slow heat until the concoction comes down to 60 ml. Your instant coffee espresso is ready now. 
  1. Add the Biscoff spread to a large mug and pour the hot espresso on top.
  1. Stir and whisk until the spread is completely dissolved.
  1. Fill 2 tall heat-safe glasses with coffee ice cubes and add half a cup of milk each along with vanilla extract.
  1. Next, add the prepared Biscoff spread and coffee mixture uniformly in these glasses with an inch left from the top. Adjust the sweetness by adding syrup or honey. 
  1. Add in the whipped cream as topping along with a crumbled Biscoff biscuit each. 
  1. Serve immediately with the rest of the biscuits.

 

Instructions for Preparing Hot Biscoff Coffee Latte Recipe

 

  1. Pour the water into a pan and add 4 teaspoons of OkCaramel instant Creamy Caramel coffee in it along with the pinch of cinnamon powder. 
  1. Boil it at slow heat until the concoction comes down to 60 ml. Your instant coffee espresso is ready now. Let it boil at slow heat.
  1. Add the Biscoff spread along with milk and vanilla extract to this mixture. 
  1. Stir until the spread is completely dissolved and the concoction is sufficiently hot.
  1. Pour this concoction into a large heat-safe jar and whisk it into a frothy elixir.  
  1. Decant the latte into 2 warmed cups and add in the whipped cream along with a crumbled Biscoff biscuit each. 
  1. Serve this sweet luxury immediately with the rest of the biscuits.
